By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all sales of Products made via our website.

Our services are operated from the UK.

3. Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices and billing details are as displayed on the website at the time of your order.

We use Stripe as our payment processors. By submitting your payment details, you authorise us to process the full order amount. You agree to update your payment and account details as necessary.

4. Order Process

Each order you place constitutes an offer to purchase. Confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only upon dispatch of the Product(s). We reserve the right to reject orders for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability

If a Product is discontinued, we will cancel the order and issue a refund for the relevant item(s).

5. Returns and Damaged Goods

Returns: Due to the nature of our Products, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email info@totallyderma.com within 14 days, quoting your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Third-party Purchases: If you bought our Products from a retailer or partner, please refer to their return policy.

Resale is strictly prohibited. Products are for personal use only.

6. International Delivery

We ship to international destinations from our warehouse in the US. Shipping is free.

  • Minimum subscription term: 2 months
  • After the minimum term, you may pause, amend, or cancel via your account settings.

9. Product Warranty & Disclaimer

We warrant that Product will match its description at the time of dispatch and be free from material defects. This does not cover damage due to:
