High-Bioavailability Collagen Stimulation
Totally Derma® contains 10,000mg of Arthred®, a patented bovine collagen peptide.
- Superior Absorption: These peptides are enzymatically hydrolysed to a very low molecular weight (3 kDa), allowing for a 95% absorption rate into the bloodstream.
- Fibroblast Activation: Once absorbed, these peptides travel to the dermis (the deeper layer of your skin) and stimulate fibroblasts—the cells responsible for producing new collagen.
- Structural Support: Clinical studies on this formulation have shown a significant increase in Type I and Type IV collagen synthesis, which directly improves skin firmness and reduces the appearance of fine lines.
Deep Hydration via Hyaluronic Acid (HA)
While many topical HA serums only hydrate the surface, Totally Derma® includes 210mg of Synovoderma® Hyaluronic Acid per serving.
Internal Plumping: By drinking a therapeutic dose of hyaluronic acid, you support the skin’s "ground substance," which holds moisture from the inside out. This increases skin volume, density, and smoothness. True hydration happens at the dermis level within the skin, not the epidermis, which is the outside.
Totally Derma® collagen and Hyaluronic Acid feedback mechanism
Collagen and HA stimulate each other and work in a positive feedback loop. The more that collagen is boosted, the more Hyaluronic acid you produce, the more hyaluronic acid you produce, the more collagen you produce and on and on it goes in this cycle called proliferation.
In other words, HA also stimulates fibroblast proliferation within the collagen matrix. Therefore, HA stimulates collagen growth as well as directly consuming hydrolysed collagen. Totally Derma® contains therapeutic dosage 210mg Synovoderma® Hyaluronic Acid.

Synergistic "Co-Factors" for Longevity

How does Totally Derma® reach the skin at the cellular level?
Totally Derma® collagen amino acid peptides are broken down into smaller components that can reach the cellular level, particularly in the skin and joints. While most dietary protein is broken down into individual amino acids, studies show that collagen-derived dipeptides and tripeptides (such as proline-hydroxyproline and hydroxyproline-glycine) can survive digestion, enter the bloodstream, and travel to tissues, where they stimulate cell metabolism. Absorption and Bloodstream: Totally Derma® collagen peptides are absorbed in the small intestine and reach peak levels in the blood within 1–2 hours after drinking.
Targeting Cells (Fibroblasts): These specific collagen peptides, such as Pro-Hyp (proline-hydroxyproline), act as signalling molecules that reach fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing collagen in the skin and cartilage.
Stimulation of Synthesis: Once they reach these cells, they act as both "building blocks" (amino acids) and signalling molecules that trigger the fibroblasts to produce more collagen, hyaluronic acid, and elastin, repairing fragmented collagen networks.
Mechanism of Action: Research indicates these peptides can inhibit the expression of enzymes that degrade collagen (MMPs) while promoting the proliferation and migration of fibroblasts, which is necessary for repairing tissue structure.
