Introduction to Subscriptions

1.1 These Subscription Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) explain how you may use the subscription option on this website (the “Site”). References in these Terms to the Site include https://www.totallyderma.com and all associated web pages.

1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing a Subscription or before using the Site. By purchasing a Subscription or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with or accept these Terms, please do not purchase a Subscription from the Site.

1.4 The operator of the Subscription offering, this Site, and all associated web pages is Boley Nutraceuticals Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our” throughout these Terms):

  • Boley Nutraceuticals Ltd is a company registered in England with company registration number 10179280
  • and whose registered office is at 8-10 South Street, Epsom, Surrey, England, KT18 7PF, United Kingdom.

1.5 We seek to make our Subscriptions as accessible as possible. If you have any problems accessing this option, please contact us at info@totallyderma.com.

How Subscriptions Work

2.1 Totally Derma offers two subscription plans:

  • Monthly Subscription: £94.50 in the UK – USD$ and Euro equivalent Live Exchange Rate on the day (10% discount on the standard price).
    • Minimum 2-month commitment.
    • Rolling monthly thereafter.
    • Includes the option to skip a month (after the 2-month minimum).
  • Quarterly Subscription: £267.75 – USD$ and Euro equivalent Live Exchange Rate on the day (15% discount on the standard price, saving over £47 – USD$ and Euro equivalent Live Exchange Rate on the day).
    • Minimum 3-month commitment.
    • Rolling every 3 months thereafter.
    • Includes a complimentary 7-day travel pack worth £35 (USD$ and Euro equivalent Live Exchange Rate on the day) with the first subscription order.

2.2 All subscription plans in the UK, EU and US include free shipping.

2.3 When you sign up for a Subscription, your first order will usually be dispatched within 2 working days of purchase, subject to stock availability. Subsequent recurring orders will be billed and dispatched according to your subscription plan:

  • Monthly: every 30 days after the initial order.
  • Quarterly: every 90 days after the initial order.

2.4 You must sign up for a Subscription Account in order to manage your subscription. Please ensure your details (including delivery address and payment information) are accurate and kept up to date in your account.

2.5 If you change your address, please update your details in the “My Account” section of the Site as soon as possible to prevent any delivery errors.

Payments & Billing

3.1 Your credit or debit card (or other chosen payment method) will be billed at checkout for your first delivery. For all subsequent deliveries, you will be billed on a recurring basis:

  • Up to 24 hours before the dispatch date of each Subscription package.

3.2 If a payment fails, we may attempt to take payment again. If payment cannot be collected, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your Subscription.

Skipping, Pausing & Cancelling

4.1 Monthly Subscription:

  • Minimum term: 2 months.
  • After the minimum period, you may cancel at any time by giving 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
  • You may skip a month after your initial 2 months. Skip requests must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date.
  • Customers can only skip one month at a time and if we receive a skip request for more than three consecutive months, we have the right to cancel your subscription.

4.2 Quarterly Subscription:

  • Minimum term: 3 months.
  • After the minimum period, you may cancel at any time by giving 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
  • Skipping is not available on quarterly subscriptions.

4.3 To cancel, pause or skip a delivery, please email info@totallyderma.com.

4.4 If you request a cancellation or skip after your card has already been billed, the change will apply to the next billing cycle.

Refunds & Returns

5.1 Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, except as required under UK consumer law.

5.2 If your order is incorrect, faulty, or damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receipt at info@totallyderma.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.

Subscription Gifts & Promotions

6.1 Customers signing up to the Quarterly Subscription will receive a complimentary 7-day travel pack (worth £35 sterling, $40 Euros, $47USD) with their first subscription order and every quarter thereafter, subject to availability.

6.2 Gifts are subject to availability, are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

6.3 Promotional offers may change from time to time. Current offers will always be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Delivery

7.1 Subscription orders include free delivery within the UK, US and EU.

7.2 We aim to dispatch all subscription orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and unforeseen circumstances.

7.3 We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout or within your account.

Amendments to Subscription Terms

8.1 We may amend these Terms (including pricing, discounts, benefits, or delivery terms) from time to time.

8.2 Any material changes will be notified to you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not wish to accept the updated Terms, you may cancel your Subscription before the changes take effect.

Governing Law

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
